1.1 This agreement is entered into between you and TPGC regarding your downloading, installation, use, copying of this software, and use of TPGC related services.

2、 About this service
2.1 The content of this service
This service refers to the charging station search and charging tool (hereinafter referred to as "TPGC" or "this software") provided by TPGC to users, which provides users with software licenses and services including but not limited to charging relationship chain expansion, convenient tools, and other functions or contents based on geographic location and navigation (hereinafter referred to as "this service").
2.2 The form of this service
2.2.1 You need to download TPGC client software to use this service. TPGC grants you a personal, non transferable, and non exclusive license for these software.
2.2.2 The TPGC client software in this service provides multiple application versions, and users must choose the software version that matches the installed phone.
2.3 The scope of this service license
2.3.1 You can install, use, display, and run this software on a single terminal device for non-commercial purposes.
2.3.2 You may make a copy of this software for the purpose of using it and its services, for backup purposes only. The backup copy must include all copyright information contained in the original software.
2.3.3 All other rights not expressly authorized by this clause and other provisions of this agreement shall still be reserved by TPGC, and you shall obtain written permission from TPGC separately when exercising these rights. If TPGC fails to exercise any of the aforementioned rights, it does not constitute a waiver of that right.
3、 Software acquisition
3.1 You can directly obtain this software from TPGC's website or from a third party authorized by TPGC.
3.2 If you obtain this software or an installation program with the same name as this software from a third party without TPGC authorization, TPGC cannot guarantee that the software can be used normally and will not be responsible for any losses caused to you as a result.
4、 Software installation and uninstallation
4.1 TPGC may have developed different software versions for different terminal devices, and you should choose to download the appropriate version for installation based on your actual situation.
4.2 After downloading the installation program, you need to follow the steps prompted by the program to install it correctly.
4.3 If you no longer need to use this software or need to install a new version, you can uninstall it yourself. If you are willing to help TPGC improve product services, you can submit feedback to us.
5、Software updates
5.1 In order to improve user experience and enhance service content, TPGC will continuously strive to develop new services and provide you with software updates from time to time (these updates may take the form of software replacement, modification, feature enhancement, version upgrade, etc.)。
5.2 In order to ensure the security and consistency of functions of this software and services, TPGC has the right to update the software without special notice to you, or to change or restrict the effectiveness of some functions of the software.
5.3 After the new version of this software is released, the old version of the software may not be usable. TPGC does not guarantee the continued availability of old versions of software and corresponding customer service. Please check and download the latest version at any time.
6、 User Personal Information Protection
6.1 Protecting user personal information is a fundamental principle of TPGC, and TPGC will take reasonable measures to protect user personal information. Unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, TPGC will not disclose or disclose user personal information to third parties without the user's permission. TPGC adopts professional encrypted storage and transmission methods for relevant information to ensure the security of user personal information.

If there are special provisions in national laws, regulations or policies, you need to provide true identity information. 6.3 In general, you can browse and modify the information you submit at any time, but for security and identity recognition reasons, you may not be able to modify some of the initial registration information and other verification information provided during registration.
6.4 TPGC will use various security technologies and procedures to establish a comprehensive management system to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
6.5 Without your consent, TPGC will not disclose your personal information to any company, organization, or individual outside of TPGC, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
6.6 TPGC attaches great importance to the protection of personal information of minors. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should obtain written consent from your parent or legal guardian before using TPGC services.
7、 Sovereign interest obligation clause
7.1 Software usage specifications
7.1.1 You need to register a TPGC account before using this service. TPGC accounts can be bound and registered through mobile accounts, Sina Weibo accounts, Tencent QQ accounts, and Tencent WeChat accounts. TPGC has the right to change the method of account registration and binding according to user needs or product needs.
7.1.2 The ownership of the TPGC account belongs to TPGC Company. After completing the registration application procedures, users only obtain the right to use the TPGC account, which belongs only to the initial applicant. At the same time, the initial applicant shall not gift, borrow, rent, transfer or sell the TPGC account, or otherwise license non initial applicants to use the TPGC account. Non initial applicants are not allowed to use TPGC accounts through gift, inheritance, lease, transfer, or any other means.
7.1.3 Users are responsible for ensuring the security of their registration information and account passwords, and they are legally responsible for any actions taken under their registered account and password. The user agrees not to disclose account and password information to others under any circumstances. When you suspect others are using your account, you should immediately notify TPGC.
7.1.4 When users bind and register a TPGC account using mobile phone numbers, QQ numbers, Weibo accounts, WeChat accounts, etc., the system will automatically create a TPGC account for you. You can set the TPGC account, and some content can only be set once. After saving, it may not be possible to modify it again.
7.1.5 If a user does not log in to the account for a long time after registering with TPGC, TPGC has the right to reclaim the account to avoid resource waste. Any losses caused by this will be borne by the user themselves.
7.2 User precautions
7.2.1 You understand and agree that in order to provide you with effective services, this software will utilize the processor and bandwidth resources of your mobile communication terminal. During the use of this software, there may be data traffic fees incurred. Users are required to inquire about relevant tariff information from the operator and bear the related costs themselves.
7.2.2 You understand and agree that certain features of this software may allow third parties to know the user's information, such as the user's TPGC friend being able to access publicly available personal information such as the user's profile picture, name, TPGC number, etc.
7.2.3 When using a specific service of this software, there may be separate agreements, related business rules, etc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as "separate agreements"). Please read and agree to the relevant separate agreements before using this service.
7.2.4 You understand and agree that TPGC will make reasonable commercial efforts to ensure the security of your data storage in this software and services. However, TPGC cannot provide complete guarantees in this regard, including but not limited to the following situations:
7.2.4.1 TPGC is not responsible for the deletion or storage failure of your relevant data in this software and services;
7.2.4.2 TPGC has the right to determine the maximum storage period of data for an individual user in this software and services based on actual circumstances, and allocate the maximum storage space for data on the server. You can backup the relevant data in this software and services according to your own needs;
7.2.4.3 If you stop using this software and services or if the services are terminated or cancelled, TPGC may permanently delete your data from the server. TPGC is not obligated to return any data to you after the service is stopped, terminated, or cancelled.
7.2.5 When using this software and services, users must bear the risks that are beyond the control of TPGC, including but not limited to:
7.2.5.1 The risk of personal information loss, leakage, etc. that may be caused by uncontrollable factors;
7.2.5.2 Users must choose the software version that matches their installed phone. Otherwise, any problems or damages caused by the mismatch between the software and the phone model will be borne by the user themselves;
7.2.5.3 When users use this software to access third-party websites, any risks that may arise from third-party websites and related content shall be borne by the users themselves;
7.2.5.4 The risks and responsibilities that may arise from the dissemination of user posted content that is forwarded or shared by others;
7.2.5.5 Due to unstable wireless network signals and low wireless network bandwidth, there are risks such as TPGC login failures, incomplete data synchronization, and slow page opening speed< Br>
7.3 Share your location information
7.3.1 TPGC is a mobile location charging tool software that requires your location permissions. When installing an application or searching for charging, you will be allowed to use your current location and agree to display the information of that location on the map.
7.3.2 Due to the fact that the location you are sharing can be used by others, there may be certain risks involved, so it is important to use it with caution.
7.3.3 You can disable the location permissions of this software through the privacy settings function of your phone. Once the location permissions are disabled, you will not be able to use map and location related services normally.
8、 User behavior norms
8.1 Information Content Specification
8.1.1 The information content referred to in this article refers to any content created, copied, published, or disseminated by users during the use of this software and services, including but not limited to registration information such as TPGC account avatar, name, phone number, user instructions, or text, voice, images, location coordinates, etc. Sending, replying, sharing images and related link pages, as well as other content generated by the use of TPGC accounts or this software and services.
8.1.2 You understand and agree that TPGC has always been committed to providing users with a civilized, healthy, standardized and orderly network environment. You are not allowed to use TPGC accounts or this software and services to create, copy, publish, or disseminate content that interferes with TPGC's normal operation and infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties, including but not limited to:
8.1.2.1 Publish, transmit, disseminate, store content that violates national laws, endangers national security and unity, social stability, public order and good customs, social morality, as well as insulting, defaming, obscene or containing any sexual or sexual implications, violent content;
8.1.2.2 Publish, transmit, disseminate, and store content that infringes upon the legitimate rights of others such as reputation, portrait, intellectual property, and trade secrets;
8.1.2.3 Involving the privacy, personal information or data of others;

8.2 Software usage specifications
Unless permitted by law or with written permission from TPGC, you are not allowed to engage in the following activities while using this software:
8.2.1 Delete copyright information from this software and its copies;
8.2.2 Reverse engineering, reverse assembly, reverse compilation, or other attempts to discover the source code of this software;
8.2.3 Using, renting, lending, copying, modifying, linking, reprinting, assembling, publishing, publishing, and establishing mirror sites for TPGC's intellectual property rights;
8.2.4 Copy, modify, add, delete, hook up or create any derivative works of the software or any data released into the terminal memory during the operation of the software, interaction data between the client and server during the operation of the software, and system data necessary for the operation of the software, including but not limited to the use of plugins, plugins, or third-party tools/services authorized by TPGC to access the software and related systems;
8.2.5 By modifying or forging instructions and data during software operation, adding, deleting, or altering the functionality or performance of the software, or operating or disseminating software or methods used for the aforementioned purposes to the public, regardless of whether these actions are for commercial purposes;
8.2.6 Login or use this software and services through third-party software, plugins, plugins, and systems developed and authorized by non TPGC, or create, publish, and disseminate the aforementioned tools;
8.2.7 Interference with this software and its components, modules, and data by oneself or authorized others or third-party software;
8.2.8 Other behaviors that are not explicitly authorized by TPGC.
8.3 Service operation standards
Unless permitted by law or with written permission from TPGC, you are not allowed to engage in the following activities during the use of this service:
8.3.1 Submitting or publishing false information, or impersonating or using the name of others;
8.3.2 Inducing other users to click on linked pages or share information;
8.3.3 Fictional facts, concealing the truth to mislead or deceive others;
8.3.4 Infringement of legitimate rights such as reputation, portrait, intellectual property, and trade secrets of others;
8.3.5 Using TPGC accounts and any functions, as well as third-party operating platforms, for promotion or mutual promotion without written permission from TPGC;
8.3.6 Engaging in any illegal or criminal activities using TPGC accounts or this software and services;
8.3.7 Produce, publish methods and tools related to the above behaviors, or operate or disseminate such methods and tools, whether or not these behaviors are for commercial purposes;
8.3.8 Other behaviors that violate laws and regulations, infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users, interfere with the normal operation of products, or are not explicitly authorized by TPGC.
8.4 Take responsibility for one's own actions
You fully understand and agree that you are responsible for all actions under your registered account, including any content you publish and any consequences arising from it. You should make your own judgment on the content of this service and bear all risks arising from the use of the content, including those arising from reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or practicality of the content. TPGC cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the aforementioned risks.
8.5 Handling of breach of contract
8.5.1 If TPGC discovers or receives reports or complaints from others that the user violates the provisions of this agreement, TPGC has the right to delete the relevant content at any time without notice, and impose penalties including but not limited to warnings, restrictions or prohibitions on the use of all or part of the functions, account suspension or cancellation on the violating account according to the severity of the behavior, and announce the results of the handling.
8.5.2 You understand and agree that TPGC has the right to punish any violation of relevant laws, regulations or provisions of this agreement based on reasonable judgment, take appropriate legal action against any user who violates the law, and report relevant information to relevant departments in accordance with laws and regulations. Users shall bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom independently.
8.5.3 You understand and agree that if you violate the provisions of this agreement or related service terms, resulting in or resulting in any claims, demands, or losses claimed by third parties, you shall be solely responsible; If TPGC suffers losses as a result, you should also compensate accordingly.
9、 Intellectual Property Declaration
9.1 TPGC is the intellectual property owner of this software. All copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights of this software, as well as all information content related to this software (including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, charts, interface design, layout framework, relevant data or electronic documents, etc.), are protected by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and corresponding international treaties. TPGC enjoys the above-mentioned intellectual property rights, except for the rights that the relevant rights holders should enjoy in accordance with the law.
9.2 Without the written consent of TPGC or relevant rights holders, you are not allowed to independently or license any third party to implement, utilize, or transfer the aforementioned intellectual property rights for any commercial or non-commercial purposes.
10、 Terminal security responsibility
10.1 You understand and agree that this software, like most Internet software, may be affected by many factors, including but not limited to user reasons, network service quality, social environment, etc; It may also be subject to various security issues, including but not limited to others illegally using user information and engaging in real-life harassment; Users may download and install other software or visit other websites that contain viruses, trojans, or other malicious programs that threaten the security of your terminal device information and data, thereby affecting the normal use of this software. Therefore, you should strengthen your awareness of information security and personal information protection, pay attention to password protection to avoid losses.
10.2 You are not allowed to create, publish, use, or disseminate malicious programs for stealing TPGC accounts, personal information, and property of others.
10.3 Maintaining software security and normal use is the joint responsibility of TPGC and you. TPGC will take necessary technical measures reasonably and prudently in accordance with industry standards to protect the security of your terminal device information and data. However, you acknowledge and agree that TPGC cannot provide complete guarantees in this regard.
10.4 Under no circumstances should you trust loans, request passwords, or other network information related to property. If it involves property operations, please make sure to verify the identity of the other party first, and regularly pay attention to TPGC's tips on preventing fraud crimes.
11、 Third party software or technology
11.1 This software may use third-party software or technology (including open source code and public domain code that this software may use, etc.), and such use has been legally authorized.
11.2 If this software uses third-party software or technology, TPGC will, in accordance with relevant regulations or agreements, display relevant agreements or other files in the form of attachments to this agreement, packaging in specific folders of this software installation package, etc. They may be expressed in the form of "Software Use License Agreement", "License Agreement", "Open Source Code License" or other forms. The aforementioned agreements or other documents presented in various forms are an integral part of this agreement and have the same legal effect as this agreement. You shall comply with these requirements. If you fail to comply with these requirements, the third party or national authority may file lawsuits, fines, or take other sanctions against you, and request TPGC's assistance, and you shall bear legal responsibility on your own.
11.3 Any disputes arising from the use of third-party software or technology in this software shall be resolved by such third party, and TPGC shall not be held responsible. TPGC does not provide customer service support for third-party software or technology. If you need support, please contact the third party.
12、 Other
12.1 By using this software, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by this agreement. TPGC has the right to modify the terms of this agreement as necessary. You can refer to the relevant agreement terms in the latest version of this software. If you continue to use this software after the terms of this agreement have been changed, it shall be deemed that you have accepted the revised agreement. If you do not accept the modified agreement, you should stop using this software.
12.2 This agreement is signed in Haidian District, Beijing, People's Republic of China.
12.3 The establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland region of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws).
12.4 If there is any dispute or controversy between you and TPGC, it should be resolved through friendly negotiation first; If negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute or controversy to the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where this agreement is signed.
12.5 The titles of all clauses in this agreement are for reading convenience only and have no actual meaning, and cannot be used as a basis for interpreting the meaning of this agreement.

13、 Disclaimer
13.1 Users who upload photos, personal information and other materials to the Internet may be copied, reprinted, tampered with or used for other illegal purposes by other organizations or individuals. Users must be fully aware of the existence of such risks. The user explicitly agrees that the risks associated with their use of TPGC services (including but not limited to infringement by third parties or causing infringement to third parties) will be solely borne by the user; All consequences arising from the use of TPGC services shall be solely borne by the user, and TPGC shall not be liable for any such consequences.
13.2 TPGC does not guarantee that it will meet the user's requirements, nor does it guarantee that network services will not be interrupted, nor does it guarantee the timeliness, security, accuracy, authenticity, and integrity of network services.
13.3 TPGC shall not be liable for any interruption or other defects in this service caused by force majeure or reasons beyond its control, but will do its best to minimize the losses and impacts caused to users as a result.
13.As a network service provider, 4TPGC lacks sufficient monitoring capabilities for illegal reproduction, false publishing, and piracy. TPGC shall not be liable for any such infringement committed by others on the website.
14、 Privacy protection
14.Protecting user privacy is a fundamental policy of TPGC, which guarantees not to disclose or provide third-party user registration information and non-public content stored in TPGC when using TPGC, except for the following situations:

14.3 TPGC has the right to analyze the entire user database and make commercial use of the user database without disclosing individual user privacy information.
15、 Protocol modification
15.1 TPGC shall have the right to modify the relevant terms of this agreement at any time. In the event of any changes in the content of this agreement, TPGC shall notify TPGC through appropriate means within this software or on the website.
15.2 If the user disagrees with the modifications made by TPGC to the relevant terms of this agreement, they have the right to stop using this service, delete or uninstall this software.
